#### What's new

- Now supports replacing reactions on a comment by setting input
`reactions-edit-mode` to `replace`. The default behaviour has not
changed and will `append` reactions.
- Chose how the action should append the comment body with input
`append-separator`. The default behaviour is to add a `newline`. Other
options are `space` and `none`.
- `body-file` is deprecated in favour of `body-path`. The behaviour is
unchanged.
