ci: archive rpmdb listing for easier debugging #1724

OK but I think a better approach is still changing the FCOS pipeline to tag last known good cosa, then we could diff versus that.

I see it as independent. There could be X commits to cosa between FCOS builds. If we're interested in comparing between those commits, we get finer grained diffs if it's just another artifact in upstream CI.

Actually, I think once we have the archive repo we could do even better and use lockfiles for cosa itself. We'll want automation like we have for FCOS though to make sure this isn't just increasing maintenance burden.
