LGTM. Were you able to verify that ppc64le now passes?

This reverts commit 9ce248e.

kexec-tools-2.0.28-10.fc40 with the fix landed
and required subpackages added in
coreos#3052

See rhkdump/kdump-utils#15
There is an issue with the aarch64 build of kexec for f40

LGTM. Were you able to verify that ppc64le now passes?
