DBus option to reboot after upgrade/rollback #174

Since the operating system is in a bit of a volatile state after upgrade/rollback but before reboot (see #40) the Cockpit UI represents these as a single action:

We need the option to reliably reboot after an update/rollback completes, even if Cockpit gets disconnected, logs out, etc.

Ideally this would be an option specified via an option the DBus API.

I have submitted a PR here: #175

It adds a reboot flag to the reboot, rollback and for completeness to clear_rollback API
