This is a ruby gem app. It allows its users to find cities/Countries with their respective capitals. For instance, Haiti
is the country. It's capital is Port-au-Prince
.
- To run this gem in your local computer, do:
git clone git@github.com:CornetS28/city_and_capital.git
cd city_and_capital
- run
ruby bin/city-capitals

To experiment with that code, run
bin/console

To use this gem in your Ruby application, do:

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

And then execute:

Or install it yourself as:

gem install city_capitals
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
