Description

This adds the --unsafe-cors flag functionality (which is a nice boon for developer UX) to the Launchpad release.

Impact

No effect on any system that does not use the flag. A developer can use gaiacli rest-server --unsafe-cors to run a server that will properly serve CORS headers and thus allow a webapp to interact with it.

Justification

This should qualify as a SRU under the Stable Release Guidelines:

  • Bugs which don't fit in the aforementioned categories for which an obvious safe patch is known.
  • Relatively small yet strictly non-breaking changes that introduce forward-compatible client features to smoothen the migration to successive releases.

This is completely non-breaking and backports a developer UX change that has been in master since February (and which I thought I had ported to v0.39.0, but somehow missed it)
