Version 0.9.1 introduced several tricky issues in IsoriX:
This PR solves all those issues and also resolves some other weaknesses the emerged while working on other issues.
In particular, the presence of
NAin predictors or in the isoscape is now handled.See NEWS for more details.
Note that many files have changed due to reformatting the code with styler.
