fix: add missing license combinations

Renovate is trying to bump vite in our plasma repository (public) which is failing because of the license combination: coveo/plasma#3971. Another PR of the same repository is failing because of prettier and vitest coveo/plasma#3962

We'll want to do the same bumps in the admin-ui (private distributed). I did the same change to private undistributed for good mesure

I got the same on my repo, and im quite disapointed in the tool (or im quite wrong).
It detect prettier as Apache-2.0 AND BSD-2-Clause AND BSD-3-Clause AND ISC AND MIT but on their repo prettier is MIT only. Can we fix the tooling?
The LICENSE file have not changed in 6 years 💢
