Switch the build system to flit_core #73

  1. Remove setuptools mention from README 

    This is mostly related to the upcoming switch to `flit_core` but even
with `setuptools` backend, building through `build` does not require
`setuptools` to be installed on the host system — `build` installs
the build backend locally in a venv.
