そもそもcpprefjpは昔はサイドバーが固定だったが、横幅が狭いデスクトップ環境で見た時にレイアウトが崩れるため cpprefjp/site#242 で workaroundしていた。

kunaiでは #39 で完全なレスポンシブデザインとモバイルへの全面対応を新規実装したのでこの問題は発生しないため、閲覧の利便性向上を目的としてサイドバーを固定レイアウトに戻す。
