Please find the below result for cmd.
I am facing this issue after installing attached xrd and composition. After deletion this installation below provider become healthy.

What happened?
All of the sudden Provider pkg went un healthy.

How can we reproduce it?
After installation with crossplane stable using helm,
Apply below file for create configuration and this configuration creates package as above. then started creating resources. after a day using this , facing this problem.
