What happened?

All of the sudden Provider pkg went un healthy.
NAME INSTALLED HEALTHY PACKAGE AGE
provider.pkg.crossplane.io/crossplane-contrib-provider-azure True False xpkg.upbound.io/crossplane-contrib/provider-azure:v0.20.1 124m

How can we reproduce it?

After installation with crossplane stable using helm,

Apply below file for create configuration and this configuration creates package as above. then started creating resources. after a day using this , facing this problem.

apiVersion: pkg.crossplane.io/v1
kind: Configuration
metadata:
name: getting-started-with-azure
spec:
package: registry.upbound.io/xp/getting-started-with-azure:v1.12.1

What environment did it happen in?

Crossplane version:

Thanks for reporting this @thn4kor - any other information you can provide here, such as the output of kubectl describe provider.pkg.crossplane.io/crossplane-contrib-provider-azure?

Thanks @thn4kor - similar output for kubectl get providerrevisions and kubectl describe providerrevisions <unhealthy revsion> could also be helpful here!
