Description of your changes
Removes GitHub workflows that are no longer required, as the publishing of artifacts for this provider is managed externally from this repo.
Note:
setup-goaction already includes caching so there's no need to manually cache the go dependencies anymore.golangci/golangci-lint-actionno longer installs go and requires you to do it specifically before invoking it which we do.I have:
