The PR changes the order of the Python lessons. This reordering allows the code used in the diffusion and advection notebooks to be refactored and used in the functions notebook (and, soon, in the modules, scripts, and packaging notebook). This ordering was used successfully in ESPIn 2023.
I also removed the leading index from the notebook filenames in case we want to reorder them again in the future.
