Now works with pushing

Previously, when you pushed another viewController ontop of the navigation bar, it wouldn't change the navigation bar, leaving the 3 tabs. I've since set a UIView as the titleView, so it should change. It's a little bit of a workaround, so if anyone else wants to look into it, I'd be happy to take a pull request
