Latest features from develop branch esp.

  1. ability to set different dependency target e.g DEPTARGET=PREREQS (default remains REQUIRES)
  2. -p option to set path to repo data (default remains ~/.local.share/hoorex)
  3. -R option to restrict output to those packages given as input
