A mixture of various improvements:

• fixed hang if a connection doesn't open successfully
• reduced draw frequency while selecting (less flicker)
• added double click to select entire words
• fixed bug in copying from selection that spans a row ending
• increased read buffer size (so large amounts of data draw faster)
• added handling for option/alt key
• revised handling of control key, should work better for non-US keyboard layouts

Erratum: apparently the larger read buffer size makes slower machines less responsive, this will be reexamined in the next release.

Builds:

• HFS disk image with fat binary
• fat macbinary
