minor fix to improve colour shift / level difference between send and return

described in detail in this forum post - this update makes two small changes to this circuit:

• remove r7 - 75ohm (ie replace with LINK)
• remove d4 - BAT46 (ie replace DNP )

with SEND sent directly to RETURN,

this minor update makes the following changes to the BOM:

• rv5: 10k_trim -> 20k_trim
• r22: 22k -> 12k

this is needed to increase the variation possible on blanking trim_pot - due to random variation in exact value of C22 ( 1uF ) the old range was enough to set between pal and ntsc about half the time - the other half it fell a little short on the ntsc side - this change just ensures that you always have enough range to set ntsc blanking correctly, regardless of your exact value of C22
