test release 1.0.0 for Craftbukkit 1.10.2

you need CraftBukkit 1.10

and you have to download from here http://www.jython.org/downloads.html
Download Jython 2.7.0 - Standalone Jar : For embedding Jython in Java applications
Create folder lib in root folder of your server next to CraftBukkit.jar
And put jython in lib folder as jython.jar
