#3606 introduces a regression where, if a folder has the same name as a fixture in the same directory, cy.fixture will throw a EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read.

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#3740, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
