C to jumpthrow (need click mouse-left first)
F1 to fly (if possible)
F5 to kill yourself
More better settings for test mode.

How to use?

Copy it to Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg\
Launch CSGO, and open console (default ~ key)
exec myconfig
