What problem is this fix trying to solve? BTW one downside is that this code will not run on PowerShell Core. Folks, including myself, are starting to use posh-git on PowerShell on Linux. At the very least, this change should test for the platform first. See the PR I have pending to fix admin detection on PowerShell Core.
