This has been a long process; it's fleshing out to be one of the best Stack pieces in a long time in terms of relevance to the student body and extensive data collection and analyses. Here's a few things to keep in mind to make this polished and strong!

The dataset is "February 2014 to March 2019" which is an amazing timescale but the thing is that the longer this takes to publish the more data you'll likely have to include to make this timely, so I'd figure out solid, fast strategies for manual data-checking.

I really like the pastel colours used in the first graph; am slightly concerned about accessibility esp for color-blindness and creating a consistent brand of colors for your piece so I'd strongly encourage you to play around with this palette tool. https://projects.susielu.com/viz-palette Ask designers in our Design section as well to give suggestions if you feel less confident about color choices.

Same for deciding the background color of charts - white in most cases is safe!

i think we can clarify that by saying there's only one inhabitant in the room! :) (for single rooms)
Strathmore Drive is... interestingly shaped to say the least (some of it is near the sororities).

"We created to rank a list of 32 streets" - a bit unclear and lack of list, so be mindful of this and if you prefer to use a list/table to make things more clear instead of data viz, definitely do it because you do have maps and other things already.

"Notably, students are fairly active in apartment search throughout the year. This is likely because 46% of the listings are for subletting or subleasing. UCLA students who pursued extracurricular involvement such as internships and research outside of Los Angeles would want to sublet their apartments during the academic year."
-> saying fairly active is pretty subjective so i'd add numbers to ground the story for during the school year.
-> for during the academic year, I would think that people are often studying abroad/graduating early actually. Get a few sources for this!

Again, more people sources is a great, great way to go to contextualize what you've uncovered from the data so far and to bring the most out of this story for the UCLA community. Here are some notes for those interviews - make phone calls as needed!
