pinned django-oauth-toolkit to 1.x series since 2.x was a breaking release. I am not sure if any changes since 2.0 are critically desired for dandi-archive but as 1.7.x latest release would soon be 2 years old and there seems to be no plans for any other in that series, it might be critical at some point to jump on band wagon of maintained/fixed codebase.
