There was a big split in the beta versions Danger 2.0 which meant there were 2 Dangerfile runners, in order to support any stable 2.x release ( I want this for danger/danger-js#438 ) we have to migrate to the inline runner.
This is required for bringing #162 back also. It should ideally be running with the process runner eventually.
