ScriptEditor is not responsive to reductions in width

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a file in script editor with window maximized. Notice the navigation bar will be on the right.
2. Collapse and then re-expand the sidebar. This will make the ScriptEditor expand, but it will never contract back down, and the navigation bar will remain offscreen.
3. Resizing the window can cause even more dramatic loss of access to parts of the editor.
