This pull request is mainly formatting cleanup. I've added a config value for the IP to bind to, and server version so the version is longer hardcoded in
connection_handler.php.server.phpnow checks if it's able to bind to the requested IP and port, and exits otherwise.Let me know if you have any suggestions.
