Took me a wee bit to understand how pull requests work, hopefully this is usable?

I corrected and/or updated existing strings and translated some new strings. I additionally gendered "user" to "Benutzer:in", because the German word "Nutzer" is male only. Tested in a local installation.

This is my first pull request! Woohoo!

Corrected and updated existing strings, translated some untranslated ones and gendered the German equivalent of "user", which didn't include female users.

In my opinion, a gendered version should only be available as an option and not as the only German translation, as there is still no standard but many different variants of gendering in German. (Nutzer:innen, Nutzer_innen, NutzerInnen, Nutzer*innen, Nutzer(innen), Nutzer/-innen, ...).
In addition it is an ongoing discussion - there are even large daily newspapers and media companies that do not support this.
