Zephyr: Add support for FVP (apache#12125)

adds corstone300 FVP to the platforms supported by the zephyr. We use the Iris debugger to communicate with the emulator via semihosting, due to the FVP serial port's faulty behavior.
also changes the generated micro-projects build system from make to ninja.
