Version 1.1.0 adds new features:

Implements the Othsuki and Innan (doi: 10.1016/j.tpb.2017.08.006) coalescent parameterization with birth and death rates.

To gain flexibility, several parameters now follow Beta-binomial distributions: genotyping error, allelic imbalance, ADO and doublets.

Genotype likelihoods are now printed in different ways to the VCF file, and can take ADO into account.
