MEV-Boost now supports holesky testnet: https://github.com/flashbots/mev-boost?tab=readme-ov-file#holesky-testnet
It needs to be added in Holesky stakers page. Prater is close to being deprecated and its relays are not maintained anymore.

MEV-Boost holesky should have the same UX as MEV-Boost in other networks:
