Added chromecast support on the player and playersite using the silvermine plugin.

Struggled to compile myself to test it gave up for now. Hopefully this is enough to implement it.

This compiled version available anywhere yet for amd64 looked around on dockerhub didn't see anything recent.

No, there‘s no compiled version of this branch. We‘re planning to make a release, which includes the patch, this week.
