DATS schema v1.0.0

Formal release of the first version of the DAta Tag Suite schema. This release conforms to DATS as used in a number of resources including DataMed.

If you used any part of DATS prior to this date, you should be compatible with v1.0. Upcoming versions developed as part of the FAIRplus project will contain breaking changes and will therefore not backwards compatible.
