This PR updates the Dockerfile and build instructions in the contributor's guide to be compatible with Android SDK 31.
I also added a user guide with an FAQ that should help new and existing users to better understand some of the (hidden) features of Waistline.
The Readme now contains links to both the contributor's guide and the new user guide.
