Update of the Sysdeo Tomcat plugin 3.3 to work with m2e
Also added a context loader that can be used to load TLDs from eclipse projects in the workspace

Copy the file com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.3.0.4.jar into the eclipse/dropins folder

Copy the files DevloaderTomcat7.jar into the tomcat/lib folder
