I bet we end up needing a real discovery snapshot in order to support writes, but this at least starts the reads. |

This adds support for resource discovery based on the content of the must-gather, and fixes a bug where some resources would be returned as JSON but assumed to be protobuf.
This enables the controller-runtime client to leverage the must-gather based client.
