The other day I was going to try out Barrier for the first time on macOS, so I went here and read the readme.md. After getting to the part that says
Please be aware that the only way to draw our attention to a bug is to create a new PR in the issue tracker
I drew the conclusion that only bugs with proposed solutions submitted in pull requests would be looked at, and left it at that.
I later ran into a problem when actually launching the application, but dismissed it as unreportable.
Today I realized the issues section here isn't disabled but instead full of issues, so I'm just wondering what the quoted section means.
