Using a 4-band (RGBA) GeoTIFF with GdalLayer is not supporting the alpha values. Instead background color is shown.

The GDALTileStore and GdalLayerStore were both implemented to support ECW resources and were not tested intensively with GeoTIFF and transparency values in RGBA.
