Added standard deviation and standard error of the mean to stats calculated in debezium/perf experiments. #2117

The standard error of the mean (sometimes referred to as just "standard error") is a measure of the variability of the sampled mean. It is an estimator of the standard deviation of the distribution of [the mean over all samples of the same size]. This is a relatively decent reference: https://statisticsbyjim.com/hypothesis-testing/standard-error-mean/
