Describe what should be investigated or refactored
Mattermost currently does not publish arm64 images, so we are only able to publish UDS packages for amd64.
Additional context
See discussion here, arm64 is currently unsupported. Maybe we could help contribute something down the road mattermost/mattermost#23387
