Describe what should be investigated or refactored

  • Add documentation around additional configuration steps related to ulimits and other os settings required for certain tools
  • Fix a couple of inconsistencies in the readme quickstart (one of the names is wrong for example and 0.16.1 uds core dev package was renamed prematurely and needs to target 0.17.0 for the current bundle name referenced in the docs.
  • Either add additional steps to grab and point to the uds-config.yaml to run minimal deployment (scaled down to work on more computers) OR move those specific config variables into the bundle override defaults since the existing bundles are targeting local systems and not a scalable cluster (the not yet implemented bundle for scalable cluster will not have these defaults)

feat: add upgrade tests and upgrade packages (#44)

## Description

This PR adds upgrade testing to the uds-software-factory repo and
additionally updates gitlab, gitlab-runner and mattermost packages.
Furthermore, there is the upgrade of uds common tasks and and additional
local upgrade test task and doc fixes/updates
