[BUG]: If authorization proxy server is installed in an alternate namespace by csm-operator, the deployment fails #1157

Bug Description

If authorization proxy server is installed in an alternate namespace by csm-operator, the deployment fails. This is because there are a couple of hardcoded namespaces in one of the config files.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to install auth proxy server in an alternate namespace with csm-operator v1.4.2 or earlier, and the install will fail.

Expected Behavior

The authorization proxy server should be installed in an alternate namespace if the customer desires.
