DLPX-91488 Toolkit JDK Upgrade to latest versions

Problem:

JDK Upgrade as part of half yearly commitment.

Solution:

Updated the toolkit's JDKs to the 8u422b05 version.

Testing

• Tested AIX, HPUX, Linux, Solaris, Windows hosts to make sure tookit jdk version is upgraded.
  Created VDB in AIX, RHEL, HPUX, Windows & Solaris hosts.
