Actually I have run deno doc --lint but it exposes errors on these namespace imports:

import * as v1 from "./v1.ts";
import * as v3 from "./v3.ts";
import * as v4 from "./v4.ts";
import * as v5 from "./v5.ts";

Is there any way to fix this?

This appears to be a bug with the linter, to me. Let's ignore it for now. I'll file a bug report.
