Dev setup (as short as possible)

0. Ask danzieboy#4030 to add you to dev server.
1. Fork this repo and clone your fork
2. Create python venv with requirements.txt.
3. Create a new (local) branch
4. Create config.json, set "DEV" : true, and ask danzieboy#4030 for tokens.
5. Run python main.py and see if everything works.
