watchman 을 설치하도록한다.

에러는 사라지지만 근본적인 원인인지는 불 분명하다. 어제는 vim에서도 같은 에러가 발생했다.
근본적으로는 OS 설정일 것으로 보는데 watchman 이 이걸 어떻게 처리해야하는지는 알아봐야할 것 같다. @todo

sysctl 을 통해서 변수를 확인할 수 있다.
