Bring the codebase to SDK-style, NS2, simplified build and tests runs. Leveraging a lot of the work from https://github.com/keimpema/Mvp.Xml.NetStandard. Delete old docs, and move all files to the devlooped standard file structure. Fix and modernize all code to adhere to the .editorconfig and devlooped guidelines, as well as newest C# idioms.
This allows us to preserve portable symbols which provides a far better user experience.
