Currently passing all options is quite annoying: --protocol https --host github.com --username kzu --password **** --path devlooped/dotnet-gcm.

Considering that all those options can simply be expressed as the url: https://kzu:****@github.com/devlooped/dotnet-gcm.

So we should totally allow a single URL to be used to infer all options automatically, for simplicify.
