  3. Update Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk to 15.7.2 

    This breaks stack trace source file info collection, apparently due to
the VSTest host targeting a different .NET Framework than before. Be-
cause of that we also switch from portable PDBs to full PDBs to evade
the problem altogether.
