Summary

This PR includes upgrade target framework from netcore3.1 to net5.0.

Why

With Microsoft .Net 5, which started a cross-platform transition with .Net Core
is reuniting.

The .Net world is in preparation for a new version. The .Net 5 release was a very important turning point and we have completed this process. I hope you have upgraded to .Net 5 in your projects because the easiest way to upgrade to a new version is to wait for the previous version to be ready and available. 🧐 If your projects are in .Net Core 2.x or .Net Core 3.x versions, I recommend you to upgrade step by step, otherwise you may face too many breaking changes.

What a beautiful PR! I have seen my favorite bloggers and devs in this PR! 🎉

Firstly, I have just read these blogs. Thanks a lot for it. Exactly, .NET 5 has a lot of new good things. I know. I will check this upgrade to which package is incompatible.

I have checked the all packages. 👀

Autofac, EF, Swagger, Migration, and other packages worked well! 🎉 I haven't seen any error yet.

It can be merge. What do you think @oguzkurtcuoglu, would you like to look PR?
