Adding Ignite & Workshop presentations to be handled like "Talks".
We discussed this about workshops -
I am seeking clarity on Ignites. Being handled in a block is perhaps another matter, but right now without this change, a single Ignite won't show up correctly if placed in the regular program and labeled with an "ignite" type, despite getting the right color.Fixes #537
